MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS

Designed to facilitate high flow conversion of raw goods to finished product, manufacturing storage systems are often very specific, tailored to suit a myriad of operating factors. Cantilever racking is popular for storing extrusions, pipes and bar and can also be decked to provide unobstructed selective storage of bulky products. Conveyor systems are used for distributing raw goods around the factory and work benches and binning for assembly of components. Mobile storage systems are utilised to store tools and testing equipment, whilst static shelving is useful for holding finished product ready for picking and palletisation. Elbowroom works closely with Manufacturing Associations to learn and implement current lean manufacturing technologies.
