Gravity Roller Conveyor

Model 200 is a non-powered Gravity Roller Conveyor available in straight sections.

• Clean construction lines with no catching points
• Better for impact loading
• Handles a wide variety of different products with iregular surfaces

Gravity Wheel Conveyor

Model 100 is a non-powered Gravity Wheel Conveyor available in straight sections and curves. Sections can be angled so product moves by gravity, or installed level so product is pushed manually.

• Needs less slope than roller conveyor
• Can be used for curve applications
• Good tracking ability due to the differential action of the individual wheels
• Lightweight and easily relocated
• Close packed wheel version for small cartons available
• Powdercoat finish

Gravity Wheel Curve

Gravity Curves use a 45, 60 and 90 degree of bend to direct products away from a straight flow section. They are used in permanent installations to carry goods with a flat bottom. This additional gravity component is compatible with straight sections providing optimum to your conveyor line. Gravity wheel curves can also be supplied in a close packed wheel arrangement for small cartons.

Ball Transfer Table

This component is used when products need to be manually rotated or correctly positioned. It is ideal for workstations that require quick easy handling of products. Ball transfer tables are also used where to or more conveyor lines merge and goods must be transferred manually from one line to another. Ball transfer tables are designed to fit into 464mm and 616mm wide clean line gravity side channels for ease of installation.
