StorTite® Unit (Mobile Shelving)

Ideally suited to store from 15m3 to 30m3

StorTite® industrial H/O units are used for storing heavier loads.

H/O units are constructed using all metal components. Solid steel tracks are fixed to the floor and levelled using laser levelling equipment, then packed with non-shrinking, load-bearing grout. Mobiles are fitted with precision crowned wheels comprising industrial strength ball bearings.

Operator can move 4 tonnes per mobile with a gentle push.

Various configurations are available with most Industrial Compactus being designed and built to customer's own specifications.

Normally built with ERET style shelving atop robust all steel mobiles, H/O units can be fitted with most other shelving styles also. Many standard and non standard accessories are also available.

Industrial Mechanically Assisted (M/A)
StorTite® Unit (Mobile Shelving)

Ideally suited to store over 30m3

StorTite® industrial M/A units are ideally suited to store over 30m3 of stock.

Move up to 15 tonnes by simply turning the handle. Mechanical operation is delivered through a winding wheel, cranking the mobile along the tracks.

Like the H/O units, M/A are constructed using all metal components. Solid steel tracks are fixed to the floor and levelled using laser levelling equipment, then packed with non-shrinking, load-bearing grout. Mobiles are fitted with precision crowned wheels comprising industrial strength ball bearings.

Various configurations are available, with StorTite® being designed and built to customer's own specifications.

Normally built with ERET style shelving atop robust all steel mobiles, these units can be fitted with most other shelving styles also. Many standard and non standard accessories are also available.

Electronically Operated (E/O)
StorTite® Unit (Mobile Shelving)

The latest in technology and safety are the design criteria for this modern form of mobile shelving.

Move almost any load at the press of a button. Emergency Stop Flaps and many other safety features are important in the design of this unit. The push button access provides the quickest access, regardless of the unit's size.

Elbowroom has designed and built E/O units up to 14 bays deep. This size (or depth) of mobile can only be achieved in practical terms using power driven E/O units.
